Cancellation Policy
Refund Eligibility Conditions
When Refunds May Be Possible
- Fare Rule Compliance: When cancellation and refund align with the specific fare rules of your ticket type and booking conditions.
- Timely Notification: When passengers provide advance notice of cancellation and don't become a "no-show" for their scheduled travel.
- Supplier Waivers: In cases where we can successfully secure special waivers or exceptions from airlines, hotels, or other travel suppliers.
- Emergency Circumstances: Medical emergencies, natural disasters, or other qualifying extraordinary circumstances as defined by supplier policies.
When Refunds Are Not Available
- No-Show Situations: When passengers fail to board their flight or don't appear for check-in without prior notification to the airline.
- Non-Refundable Fares: Most promotional fares, basic economy tickets, and deeply discounted bookings are non-refundable by design.
- Service Fees: Administrative and booking service fees charged by Flight Reservation are non-refundable regardless of refund approval.
- Change of Mind: Personal reasons, schedule changes, or simple change of travel plans typically don't qualify for refunds.
